It has come to the notice of the original cooperators of CLAROSE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (CMPC) and its incumbent Board of Directors, that third parties have claimed and/or are claiming to be the legitimate Board Directors of this cooperative. May it be known to all that the official office of CLAROSE, as per its business documents filed in the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) is at 1607 C Rizal Avenue Ext. 11th Avenue West, Grace Park, Caloocan City. That is has a Satellite Recruitment and Sales Office at the Business Center for Global Filipinos, Corp., located at the 29th Flr., Joy-Nostalg Building, 17 ADB Ave., Ortigas Business District Pasig City. The the following persons are not connected with CLAROSE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE who have been luring unsuspecting private persons to invest in CMPC but have not deposited any money . Any transaction entered into by these people, shall not be recognized by CMPC. Criminal charges have been filed and will be filed by CMPC and other investors that have provided funds unaware of their malicious intents :
